Westlake High School?s College Soccer Showcase & Tournament Set for December 4, for Top High School Girls? Teams, Features Major Sponsors

Westlake High School?s Girls? Soccer Program announced today that more than a dozen major corporate sponsors and local businesses have elected to support this year?s Annual College Invitational Showcase & Tournament (http://www.soccercollegeshowcase.com) for girls? varsity soccer teams. The 6th annual installment of this college showcase will be played on Saturday, December 4, 2010.

Westlake?s college showcase is presented each year to allow college coaches and soccer enthusiasts to see some of the most talented young women ? high school players ? from Ventura County, the Santa Clarita Valley, and the San Fernando Valley, many of whom have already committed to play NCAA Division I level women?s soccer. Team and player profiles have been provided each year by Erik Boal, sports writer for the Los Angeles Daily News. Match results and player information, match video, as well as a real-time match feed through Twitter (Soccer_Showcase), is provided to college soccer coaches.
