On June 24th Aqua Wellness formally opened the doors of its 2nd unisex slimming beauty spa at FC Road in Pune, amidst much fanfare and cheer. Supriya Sule, MP, who was the Chief Guest, formally inaugurated Aqua Wellness, in the presence of popular film star Sonalee Kulkarni, Guest of Honour and eminent guests like Union Minister of Coal Pratik Patil, besides Anuraddha Deshpande, Rahul Karad, Abhimanyu Sable, graced the event.
Aqua Wellness- unisex slimming beauty spa, the brainchild of two dynamic women, Dr. Mala Meghraj and Prerna Mahale was started in Pune, at NIBM Road, 4 years ago. Inspired by the overwhelming response and the need for another centre Westside, Aqua decided to launch its 2nd outlet at FC Road, where one can indulge in an array of beauty services in a relaxed atmosphere with rejuvenating therapies.

Dr. Megharaj is equipped with an academic background primarily in Home Science at the graduate and post graduate level, Dr Mala capped it with doctorate in food & nutrition. She has several published articles in acclaimed journals on subjects varying from dietary fiber intake, food drug and nutrient interaction, body mass index analysis etc to her credit. Having more than 15 years experience in the field she is today one of the renowned nutrition therapists in Pune.
Ms Prerna Mahale is equipped with BSc in Electronics from Pune University and an Adanced diploma in Software Technology and Systems Management from NIIT! She has more than 15 years rich experience in setting up and successfully running the operations for IT infrastructure, Data Centre Management and IT Projects across industry verticals and consulting services. Her expertise lies in partnering with clients in creating customized operations and managing people & processes. She headed INDIA Operations at Fortify INFRASTRUCTURE services since 2008 and played a major role in its merger and integration with Mphasis which is one of the leading IT sector companies in India. She currently heads Pune operations of Mphasis.
