1:45 PM: The football locker room for Oak Grove High School in Hattiesburg, Mississippi was wrecked by a tornado on Sunday. Former NFL QB Brett Favre is serving as Oak Grove's offensive coordinator.
1:30 PM: Kobe Bryant chided a Twitter user for using "your gay" as a putdown. And when someone else pointed out that Bryant was once fined for using a gay slur at a ref, Kobe responded: "Exactly! That wasn't cool and was ignorant on my part. I own it and learn from it and expect the same from others"

12:30 PM: 15 people were arrested for making racist chants at a soccer game in Israel Sunday between Betiar Jerusalem & Arab team Bani Sakhnin. Fans of Beitar upset with the team for signing two Muslim Chechen players allegedly set fire to the team's clubhouse last weekend.
12:15 PM: Chicago Cubs president Theo Epstein says that pitcher Carlos Marmol, who is facing a lawsuit in the Dominican Republic over domestic assault allegations, may in fact be a victim himself. Marmol has filed a countersuit against his accuser claiming extortion & blackmail.
12:00 PM: Former Cubs & Diamondbacks player Mark Grace reported to jail Sunday to begin his four-month work release sentence. Grace reached a plea deal on his latest DUI charges where he was also sentenced to two years supervised probation.
